Ok, this is technically in a Chinatown basement like location (i wouldn't exactly stay here to drink my order)...but the bubble tea here is amazing and unparalleled, especially the ice cream and tea mixtures (my fave is the regular milk tea mixed with green tea matcha ice cream). I have order from Royal tea many times. I love the mango cheese foam drink. It’s the best in Boston. I understand price increases on materials but using a cheap cup and no cover on mango cheese foam drink is unacceptable. I did not drop my cup but it was crack when I just poke my straw inside.
