The service was extremely slow. We waited for 15 minutes to get seated, and 40 minutes for just a pho. When we entered the restaurant, only 1/3 of the customers have food and the others were all waiting. We ordered a 17.75 dollars regular pho and extra meat for 4.75 dollars and it came with the amount less than that other restaurants normally give.
