I am always trying Chinese takeaways because I am addicted to noodles. Tried the chicken noodles twice from Phoenix Chinese Take Away which were a bit soft. I think there must be two chefs as once it was ok, the other time was too oily. Same with the Singapore noodles which were oily. The curries are bland, oily and somehow powdery in texture.
