Some friends invited us to this place for lunch and it happen to be a very nice surprise. Then I learned Daniel Ovadia, chef of Nudo Negro was also the chef at Paragüero and understood the quality of the kitchen and the creativity of the menu. There are beautiful fountains on the terrace of Plaza Cuernavaca, but the concrete, noise, and spectacular view of a cell phone tower cannot compete with the beautiful gardens of so many restaurants in the city.
