It's really good to see there's a restaurant in Cullera with a separate menu for vegans, however the dishes weren't as good as the menu promised. I ordered the Peruvian salad and the Pitágoras sandwich. The chickpeas listed as ingredient in the salad were missing (they had run out them), and the sandwich had tasteless unseasoned sautéed tofu with a lot of vegetables (which barely saved the result).
