This once solid franchise really went downhill fast last year or so, and this is one of the worst running franchises has the chain. We ordered pizza on the phone to run. I said it was ready in 20-25 minutes. I learned from past experience that they underestimated, so I showed up 30 minutes later. It wasn't ready, so I waited. Finally, the pizza got after 45 minutes.
