I'm sorry I ate the worst couscous ever ordered. The poor lamb sacrificed uselessly was so hard that it was impossible to eat. Everything was too cooked; merguez was completely dry, semolina and insipid vegetables. The young waitress, adorable, informed me that this dish is served every week.
