I've lived here and very close to this place. Never once have I seen them have a customer...not one time. The environment is unwelcoming. Just a few bad bar stools and a few bad tables. The staff hangs out outside but they are always talking amongst themselves. They never try to get customers; always playing om their phone. I feel bad for the owner.
