Amazing experience at Shanghai Pavillion. 38th floor restaurant with a view. We ordered the Delicacy tasting menu. The appetizers were a little small but it makes sense when the dishes just kept coming. Everything was top notch with exception of fish. This was over cooked and not edible. I highly recommend you all not to to waste your money here. They do not even use nice dishes to serve foods. Even the fruits were stale and in very chunky shape that makes it absurd to spend that much money! Dumpling was completely ordinary.
