Had a big problem with a delivery a few weeks ago: our food was delivered to wrong address, after 30 min of trying to contact them they went to the wrong address to collect our food then tried to deliver it to us again :nobody will want food who has been to another house first and been touched and who knows ..... food was of course freezing cold by then .
