I love this beach. there is a parking garage so that they don't worry about the parking space on the street and meters. All we had to do was a ticket to put in our window. when we left one of the city's employees, we helped process the payment. it was just not expensive. we stayed for most of the day and paid $12 for parking. many restaurants and bars for what they feel like eating/drinking. the beach is always clean... A highly pretentious (there are rules signs pretty much every ten feet overcrowded boardwalk with a lot less to offer than they let on. It’s pretty much an HOA with sand. The retail and restaurants are mostly either vacant or redundant.
