She remembers your wine, what you had the last time and makes recommendations if you are not sure of what you would like to eat. So disappointed! The food at Bacci at Blackhawk has substantially declined and it was hard to enjoy anything that we ordered. We started out with the coconut shrimp which had a u inquest flavor that had nothing to do with freshness or shrimp.
