Not sure whether this is "one of the best Italian places outside Italy". The staff is definitely not as open and friendly as one can find in a trattoria in Italy. The food is good and tasty, but again, a plate of pasta starting at EUR 16 and main starting at EUR 25 is almost triple as in Italy and twice for comparable places in Germany.
