Vault is set to go from 6:00 a.m., smiling service included. I'm well into my serve of Bircher muesli, having just finished some toast with honey. I visit the Vault regularly due to working near by and have a few favourite lunch choices but am sick of receiving inconsistent coffee, some have been completely burnt and not drinkable whilst others are the best coffee i have ever had. When trying to bring this up with the barista they are non apologetic! Might be best to stick to the non busy times to get them to produce quality coffee? Might take my money elsewher...
