A regrettable visit today. We and several other parties came at 9:45 to find Hanks locked and nobody answered the phone. When they finally opened about half an hour later, they had not listed several items on the menu, but told us after they had put them in the order. Hanks is a good place to eat, but we were very disappointed at our visit today. We hope that staff and care will soon be fixed. View all feedback.
