Dinner service at Don Rico’s was a pleasant surprise. The service was attentive (Danielle was amazing but what blew me away was Chef Brandon’s special. Throughout the years, I have stayed at Hilton Hotels in Canada and the U.S., all of which had a high degree of quality. This was not the case when I stayed at the Hilton Daytona Beach. The sparse room itself had a broken refrigerator that no one bothered to remove. The mattress I slept on was more like one in a Days Inn than a Hilton.
