Your meat was tough/chewy and there is too much sugar in your sauce. Im pretty sure the meat was precooked in a slow cooker, or whatever, and flavor was added later, but this is what is to be expected of average quality Indian food. I wish I could give them zero. I'm an Indian and that's the worst I've ever tested. paneer curry was totally bland and only three pieces of windshield wiper and engraving is only made of rohem tomaten. dal makhni was very casual and no taste at all.
