This restaurant/bar had several different owners, but the current owner/manager has brought the facility to a different level! There is a GREAT atmosphere and it is very welcoming! The menu offers a wide selection of dishes that AMAZING!!! There is an outdoor terrace, a large bar and a separate dining room that can accommodate large groups. They have live music on Friday night. We have been coming to tavern 42 for years and have always enjoyed their food. Recently it has severely declined and we were just there and ordered appetizers and they were cold, I advised the waiter and he took them back but the atmosphere was such a turn off we just finished our drinks and left.
