For us it's a local dinner that has breakfast and lunch service. Food was good and the wait staff is friendly. However they could use a better receipe for their breakfast potatoes. It's OK but very bland. A better receipe with perhaps some grilled onion would be a big improvement. We will be returning as overall we enjoyed our breakfast. Our waitress was very generous with the coffee. View all feedback.

Ate here recently while looking for a local diner experience. Chose Penelope’s based upon reviews. Unfortunately the food was extremely overpriced for the quality provided. Do yourself a favor and double check the prices before going. Lesson learned. View all feedback.
