On our way back from a walk we decided to go to cafe R. Last time we went they had just reopened and the visit was not a positive experience. This time was different. The roast dinner my husband had was excellent ,my Welsh rarebit lacked taste (maybe it needed stronger cheese,more mustard or beer) but the salad and chutney were back to the usual high standard.
