I ate at the Paramount in Nov. 2007 and ordered a tuna steak salad with seared tuna. I was apprehensive when the salad arrived as it was clearly a frozen tuna steak that had been thawed and seared. After eating it, I got very sick with food poisoning with 102 degree temperature. I was brave enough to go back a few days ago but steered clear of the tuna salad and opted for a veggie wrap.
