Stayed at the Beech Hill House hotel for a 2 night break and enjoyed some excellent food in their Ardmore restaurant. The restaurant has a lovely ambience both in the inner part and the conservatory area that overlooks a splendid view of part of the extensive gardens of the hotel. What StanCoyle doesn't like about Ardmore:
Staff are lovely but service is slow. Starters were excellent but mains ranged from acceptable to poor. Chips were hard and undercooked, very lazy salad handful of rocket salad from a bag no dressing or any other garnish. Small and over cooked burger. Considering the price and the hotel 4 star rating I’m not sure the Beechill Gastro pub is worth a second visit. Overall an expensive and disappointing night. View all feedback.
