This is not a four or five star hotel. The rooms are comfortable enough but desperately need refurbishment. The staff are generally nice, but they always seem to be short staffed (I suspect the hotel does this on purpose to cut costs).Why the 4 star rating? The pools and the hotel is pretty laid back. I 'm not sure how anyone could grade this place higher than 1 star. Hotel is very very old and dirty. The main pool is nice but the 7 other pools are small hot tub sized. The ice machine was broken. The elevator was broken. The rooms are ancient. Our ac unit was broke so the room was ridiculously hot until they finally brought a portable ac unit to our room.
