Put in an order 15mins before my break at work. I pull up to drive through and they say pull up to the window. I wait 15 mins at window to no avail. Half hour after ordering and no food, no greeting, no nothing. I see people on the other side of window and attempt to get their attention to ask about my order and I'm ignored.
