Class was not worth the money. Didn't even do a California roll with real crab, was done with carp. Class lasted less than 1.5 hours. There was so much more he could have showed us. I would like to see more demonstrations and more samples of sushi to eat and share with us for the money. Was disappointed and so was my friend. View all feedback.
