What Kody Grant doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
I've never been to a restaurant where servers are as scarce as they are here. There are 12 tables of guests and I haven't seen a single server for 10 minutes. They're all in the kitchen chatting very loudly with each other. Took 10 minutes for the bartender to take my order; saw them only twice after that... at the bar! Customer service doesn't seem to exist here unfortunately. View all feedback.
