There has been a change of management since the first time I was there.... The smell of stale tobacco is permeated and it's unpleasant, the cocktail I chose wasn't bad but not very balanced. The young people at the bar are friendly, polite and correct but lack experience... And the one who seems to be the boss smokes inside without regard for the customers...
