for a restaurant that displays crêperie, we find that the choice is very limited on the menu. my companion took a ham/cheese/bechamel crêpe. nothing very extraordinary of course, but a crêpe paste that leaves to be desired. and too much cheese. If a restaurant pretends to make pancakes, it'd be better if it cooks its salted pancakes with buckwheat flour. and that it offers a greater choice to its customers. View all feedback.
