My partner and I decided to go out for food last minute. We called up on the off chance that they had availability and got straight in. We were seated by a very friendly waiter called Matthew. Came here two days in a row just before the Covid shut down. Needless to say it was quiet. Excellent pub with a fantastic beer garden. Great choice of ales and wonderful staff. On second visit I tried the Thai restaurant upstairs. The menu looked great but unfortunately the food did not match this.
