I discovered as a guest "small homemade dishes". Verdunoise, I'd heard about it... and I hadn't been lied to! miniatures for aperio, terrines, rillettes, pâtés à se damner, salads, cupcakes of vegetables.... the hardest was to find a small place for dessert!
