We had been to the Frog &Scot many times before on our visits to Deal. This time we chose it for our wedding anniversary- and were completely disappointed. Upon arrival we were told that they “had stopped fine dining”and were only serving small plates. Plates were not once refreshed during very different courses and no small plate stood out.
