I love the Downingtown location! Staff is so reapectful. At the Parkesburg Location, I had ordered a sandwich and when we got it the thing was burnt to a point of no return. They don’t listen to customers demands. I asked for fresh hash-browns meaning made fresh! I went back and told them and bought 2 additional ones and then they still put the old ones back in the bag. You don’t make a whole tray of hash browns and wait for people to order. You make them fresh to order. Do better, i usually like this place but it was disrespectful how they tried to play me.
