I always like to go Monday and Fridays with my sister to Starbucks. I usually make my own decaf coffee at home because I have a medical condition where caffeine limits my everyday activities. This is the third time now where I ask for a decaf coffee and they put caffeine in it. I went through the drive through to get my daughter a vanilla steamer as a prize and they screwed up the order and gave her hot chocolate. Which she doesn’t like. Then they were closed by the time we figured it out so there wasn’t a way to resolve it. And we also asked for whip cream on my drink and hers and didn’t get that. Extremely disappointing!
