The greatest waitress at Watermoon is Vivi. She really makes the experience for our family 24 Mar, 2010 Great food. My family and I try to make it in at least once a month. When you like a place you should support it. The food is great. We love the poker rolls, pot stickers and everything else we have tried.. They don 't do Sushi!. Watermoon is trying to be your One stop shop for oriental cuisine in Draper. They serve Chinese, Thai and Japanese style food. My wife and I had a huge hankering for Sushi so we tried it at Watermoon. Very dissapointing as was the Miso soup. If you want better Sushi in Draper, go next door to Harmon 's grocery store.
