I normally don’t like to leave a negative review but after having my drink order messed up twice (they made my iced latte hot, both times) then instead of making an actual iced latte both baristas felt which one was cooler so they could pour the steaming hot drink over ice to make it a lovely watered down drink and told me that’s how they make iced lattes some time.
