A double espresso hit the spot (though a sign posted on sidewalk proclaimed it was roasted 3 weeks earlier in Wicklow). The stale pastry and surprisingly mediocre BLT did not. Sure enough, as I ate them on a bench outside the premises, a Tesco truck pulled up and delivered several crates of sandwiches and pastries. So that’s why it tasted like week-old Tesco’s!! I really enjoy going to Press Cafe. I think their food is really fairly priced, and quite tasty...
