Oddest place I've every been in. First it was filthy. Looked like a storage locker. I asked to be seated and a waitress said to wait a minute. I'm not sure she understood me as I was speaking english. She asked someone a question sitting at a table. Then served someone their meal, after spilling much of it on the floor. Then while I stood there she cleaned up her mess. Finally after 10 minutes or so I left. View all feedback.

This has is pretty "special", but definitely with a try ... there is noch menu - you should go...
