Reminded me of former Sowjetunion. THe idea is odd: first you have to go and reserve a table where one of companies have to stay to keep it reserved. Then go and queue for whatever you want to have to eat. Then queue to for a coffee (though freshly made). Then come back and leave your company to do the same.
