My drink order got mixed up with another customers it happens! They were so willing to make it right when I called half an hour later. I came back, got my correct drink PLUS a size upgrade (and they made sure to not put the whipped cream like my original order said but I forgot to mention when I returned). This caribou is a little bit out of my way but will definitely be the one I continue going to! You guys rock ?? View all feedback.

I 'm not one to complain but I do mostly walk in pick up orders and the last 4x they haven 't even looked at what I ordered. They were great before the last several times. I changed the milk chocolate to white chocolate like I do every time. I finally was like okay this is the 4th time I 've ordered and it 's been wrong, could you make this with White Chocolate like I ordered please and she just scoffed and said ahhh...
