I ordered beef with sizzling rice and was not really sure what I was getting. When it arrived, it looked like a plate of broken up rice krispie treats. It was SO dry I was not able to eat it. I asked the waitress if she could please give me some sauce to put over the beef and she said No. No sauce I told her I was unable to eat it because it was so dry and she just walked away.
