Recently stayed for 3 nights in April and it was absolutely fabulous. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding. What User doesn't like about Knockinaam Lodge:
We visited this hotel today for bar lunch .. we were shown into a front room that was freezing , there was a fire set but never got lit . After 50 minutes the lunch arrived .. the bread on sandwiches were stale , the tea was stewed , the waitress was surly .. all in all a poor effort .. a hotel that needs to work on customer service , On leaving the staff sniggered at us for accepting a poor quality offering View all feedback.
