They “hotshot” the crabs. As a result, the claw meat was soggy and mealy, the backfin was wet and lukewarm. Bills is supposed to not do this which is one of the reasons I chose them. If I wanted hotshot cooked crabs, I would’ve gone to a cheaper place. Not sure I will be back. This was not a cheap night and I had a guest in from out of town. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
