Extremely poor steak ordered rib eye medium and it was over cooked (well plus) and dried out. When I complained replacement was offered but I was told it would be 15 20 mins. I was with others so I just had my chips and the veg. When it came to the bill my uneaten steak was included on the bill. When we queried it we were told “we don’t offer discounts”.
