We enjoyed another delicious dinner at Carbonara with great service and nice wine. There was a large group of about 16 young adults (30ish) enjoying themselves at an extended table on one side of the restaurant and we were originally seated across from them which made it very difficult to hear and relax as they were very loud. Iâve been there at least seven or eight times in the last few years. Of all the times Iâve eaten there this was the worst experience. The salads were overdressed and seemed like they had been sitting around for a long time before they were served. They did not seem fresh. We always order the same pasta and it was mediocre at best.
