Party of two, Seated on a not busy Thursday evening, then entirely ignored and forgotten. Waited patiently, but at the 15 minute mark it was clear something was wrong. Not offered so much as water nor anything. Informed someone at The counter that we hadn’t even been greeted. Was told “sorry, I didn’t see you” ? Not what you want to tell a guest in your restaurant.
