such bad service, I am shocked I.did not even get to the order . Took 25 minutes of waiting and being ignored with a line of cars behind us. The cars up front moved up and there was a giant gap ... for 25 minutes. The woman that was supposed to take the take orders said to wait... so we waited... through the window we watched the woman with the headset gossip with her co worker, while we were trying still to be patie... The only White Castle I know that doesn't use onions or pickles and toasts the bun. Ugh.
