George Street Quarters is a spacious cafe located in East Fremantle, offering a peaceful alternative to the hustle and bustle of Fremantle. While the menu may lack vegan options, the cabinet of sandwiches, slices, and salads provides more possibilities. The Nourish Bowl and Avocado Toast received mixed reviews, with some finding them overpriced for the portion size. However, the cafe shines with dishes like vegan chocolate pancakes served with coconut ice cream, berries, and a pistachio crumb. Overall, George Street Quarters shows promise as a solid option for vegans, but could benefit from expanding their menu and offering more reasonably priced options. With a pleasant ambiance and friendly staff, this cafe is worth a visit if you're looking for a peaceful dining experience away from the crowds.
Based on the average evaluation of 4, the George Street Bistro is definitely worth a visit, Furthermore, this eatery is known as one of the best in EAST FREMANTLE, within the popular category European.
What Karson Denesik likes about George Street Bistro:
george street quarters is a big caffe to go if they do not want to be in the hectic of fremantle, in the suburb of east fremantle, which is still close enough to be fremantle easily accessible for it. I went to the breakfast after george st. quarters after I heard of the vegan chocolate pancakes that are served there and young I was not disappointed! the chocolate pancakes were served with coconut ice cream, berries... What Teresa Wintheiser doesn't like about George Street Bistro:
Disappointed to find little to choose from on the mostly non vegan menu. In the end I asked for a simple smashed avocado on toast for breakfast which was an expensive mistake $7 for two smallish slices of sourdough and $5 for a tiny portion of slightly squashed avo (equivalent to maybe 1/3 of an avo which cost $2 each at the moment). What a rip off ! A return visit is not expected in this life. View all feedback.
I'm a local resident and I would love to support the local business The Merchant however I won'...
I'm going to return and try the eggs Benedict.. but the corned beef hash was very nice.
