I'm basing this review off their horrible customer service. I called to inquire about a Sweet 16 celebration next year. I've called numerous times and left messages with no return phone call. Out of desperation, I pressed a prompt and actually got a live person. I explained that I have not received a response and she told me that the person who handles the East Hanover location would contact me. I'm still waiting. View all feedback.
