Party of ten.......All was great until we told the waiter the appetizers were cold. Instant attitude...Our friendly waiter turned into psycho. I am in this business and was I shocked. Service was so bad. Because we were a party of 10, 18% gratuity was added. Boy was he lucky. Normally I leave between 25 and 30%, but this experience was no more than 5%.
