Check in, totally fine, booked the large family room, on the 4th floor.Beds haven't been made. Informed hotel reception, no problem we'll send up housekeeping.All they did was drop off sheets. No pillows, had to go back to reception to ask for those, twice. Finally got some pillows and the cases were filthy.Made the bed myself, no covers for the comforters.
